“Sea and Flowers” Art Project

The set design for this photography storytelling masterclass in Vienna, hosted by the talented artist Lilya Corneli, draws inspiration from the opulence of the Baroque era, blending dramatic elegance with timeless charm. The participants were tasked with crafting a love story inspired by the fashion icon and Rococo queen, Marie Antoinette, and her passionate relationship with chocolate. The scene, rich with lavish details, allowed each photographer to capture the essence of this historical romance through a lens of indulgence and beauty. Rich candlelight flickers softly, casting a warm glow across the scene, while lush floral arrangements add a touch of natural beauty. Delicate sweets are artfully arranged, bringing a sense of indulgence and refinement to the composition. The lavish details evoke a sense of grandeur and storytelling, allowing each shot to capture the essence of Baroque’s style and opulent atmosphere. This setting creates the perfect backdrop for a masterclass in capturing stories through the lens, where every element, from the candles to the flowers, contributes to a visually rich and captivating narrative.
